Fully designed and renovated, this property boasts three luxury rental spaces spread across four floors. This project melded traditional elements with trendy modern designs. My choice to use terrazzo material was driven by its traditional appeal, adding elegance and sophistication to the contemporary design.

The interplay between natural materials creates a sense of coziness. The fragments within the terrazzo composite harmonize beautifully with the golden elements of the room’s color scheme.
