For this fully-renovated, boutique, 2-family condo building, I drew inspiration from minimalist aesthetics. Prioritizing clean lines and a muted color palette, I added occasional bold accents to invigorate the space. To achieve this, I employed a monochromatic color scheme, accentuated by sleek lighting fixtures that introduce a contemporary edge.

The open-concept layout is anchored by a sleek, modern custom kitchen. An elegant mini marble backsplash pairs perfectly with warm wood cabinetry, seamlessly transitioning into a cozy living area. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the space with natural light, crafting a harmonious blend of beauty and function.
